Yolonda Evans (She/Her)

Yolonda Evans is a workforce development leader with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sector.  She is dedicated to breaking employment barriers and creating pathways to sustainable employment. With expertise in enterprise transformation, change management, and diversity recruitment, she bridges the gap between job seekers and employers.

As the founder, she champions holistic employment support, addressing job placement for individuals with barriers to employment like, education, disabilities, and justice impacted. 

A born changemaker who drives inclusive hiring and workforce innovation. Her mission is to connect people, businesses, and communities for a stronger, more inclusive workforce.
